Conference registration fee

  • Standard rate: 2,000 HKD​

  • Student rate: 1,500 HKD

Pre-conference workshop​

  • Standard rate: 1,000 HKD per workshop​

  • ESIST member: 850 HKD per workshop

Conference dinner: 600 HKD​

We are offering 15% discount for early bird registrations!

  • Conference registration fee includes (1) Conference Materials, (2) All Paper Sessions, and (3) Refreshments and Lunches. No partial refund if the registrant does not attend any part of the event.

  • Pre-conference workshop registration fee includes (1) Pre-conference Materials, (2) One workshop, and (3) Refreshments. 

  • All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

  • Your conference registration only becomes effective upon receipt of payment of the registration fee. No refund may be processed after payment settlement.

  • Full-time students are required to upload a soft copy of their valid student ID cards in the online registration system for verification.

  • Registration opens: November 30, 2024

  • Early bird registration closes: March 31, 2025

  • Standard registration closes: May 23, 2025

  • ​All registration fees will be charged in Hong Kong dollars. For overseas participants, the exact amount of the registration fee will be based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.
